I ordered shisha flavours coal bundle with the coal burner inc the tongs. I was messaged by the staff to let me know they didn't have the tongs and replaced it with mouthtips. The customer service is 10/10 not only they went out their way to accommodate my order but they are very professional and efficient. I ordered this on mon and I got this Thursday 18 which is so good as I needed it for sat.
They manage expectations of the customers, cant wait to try out the flavours ice blueberry and raspberry.
